It is looking for technology providers that can decrease the chlorine and sulphur content of MSW.

- chlorine levels must be decreased from 0.3% to 0.01%
- sulphur levels must be decreased from 0.3% to 0.2%

You should be able to convert this to:

- refused derived fuel (RDF)
- solid recovered fuel (SRF)
