Holen School is a combined primary and secondary school in the Laksevåg district. The school has a central location between Kringsjåveien, Øvre Holen and Helmers vei. The school is currently physically separated with a height difference of approx. 15 m between the primary level on the lower site and the secondary level on the upper site. Jacob Larsens vei lies between the school sites. The school's addresses are Kringsjåveien 94 and Øvre Holen 4-6. In addition the builder has acquired the property at address Øvre Holen 2, which is situated to the north of the secondary school. This contract is for the demolition of the school, demolition of the residence in Øvre Holen 2, as well as clearing up and rough levelling of the building site. The primary school's main building along Kringsjåveien shall be kept, but maintained internally. In addition a temporary road and parking is to be established for Sameiet Jacob Larsens vei 21-43
