The National Guard - Puerto Rico requires the following items, Purchase Description Determined by Line Item, to the following:
LI 001: THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT,MATERIALS, TOOLS, SUPERVISION AND QUALITY CONTROL ALONG WITH WELL FURNISHED TRAINING LOCATIONS NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE GENERAL TECHNICAL (GT) ENHANCEMENT TRAINING, AS DEPICTED ON PARAGRAPH(S) 1.3 & 5.1 OF THE CONTAINED PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) IN THIS SOLICITATION. SOUGHT TRAINING SESSIONS SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON 2 WEEKS DURATION OF 20 PARTICIPANTS BY CLASS AS FOLLOWS;

For this solicitation, National Guard - Puerto Rico intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison, Inc. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. National Guard - Puerto Rico is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make a bid on www.UnisonMarketplace.com.
