- evaluate used tyres
- install new rubber treads and reinforced sidewalls on suitable old tyres

This is a framework agreement with one supplier for a period of 3 years.

It will be renewable twice for one year.

Bids must be submitted in Dutch.

The bid submission deadline is 10am on 18 February 2019.

Belgium is 1 hour ahead of GMT.
