Description

This invitation to tender is being issued in accordance with the procedure: open invitation to tender - Articles R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-1 of the Code de la commande publique. The purpose of the invitation to tender is as follows: the purpose of this contract is to provide bicycle typing services for the needs of the city of Nice and the Nice Côte d'Azur metropolitan area.
Framework agreement with minimum purchase order: EUR 13 000.00, maximum: EUR 57 000.00, value in EUR excluding VAT. Duration (excluding renewal): twelve months. Start of the contract: on notification of the contract. The time-limit for performance of each service shall be indicated in the order form or, where appropriate, in the CCTP. The contract shall be awarded by grouping orders. The coordinator of the Nice city grouping shall award, sign and notify. The members of the group are: Ville de Nice and Métropole NCA. Description of the order group: the order group is made up of two members: the City of Nice and Métropole Nice Côte d'Azur. The City of Nice is the coordinator, which organises all the operations on behalf of the consortium: award, signature and notification of the framework agreement. Financial breakdown: City of Nice: minimum annual amount: EUR 8 000,00 exclusive of tax/maximum annual amount: EUR 32 000,00 exclusive of tax. Metropolitan Nice Côte d'Azur: minimum annual amount: EUR 5 000,00 exclusive of tax/maximum annual amount: EUR 25 000,00 exclusive of tax. The overall amounts of this contract are - minimum annual amount: EUR 13 000,00 excluding VAT;- maximum annual amount: EUR 57 000,00 excluding VAT.
