Several main tenders are permitted, whereby each main tender must be capable of being awarded on its own merits. All main bids that cannot be awarded on their own merits will be excluded from the award procedure.
The award criterion for the evaluation of the main and, if applicable, secondary tenders is the price. The price is determined from the total value of the bid. The valuation totals are determined from the recalculated bid totals, in particular taking into account discounts, reimbursement amount from the wage escalation clause, maintenance bids.
