Type: Construction of a new building for 2 intensive curative residential groups, each with 4 places for mentally and physically disabled people with multiple disorders, including therapy school, activity area and laundry

Scope: LOS 1 - outdoor facilities

The type and scope of services to be provided are determined by the contract components:

1. service description,
2. special contractual conditions,
3. additional contractual conditions,
4. additional technical contractual conditions,
5. general technical contract conditions for construction work,
6. general contractual conditions for the execution of construction work.

To be carried out in several construction phases:
Site preparation and construction of site areas + paved areas
Structural and technical installations as well as fixtures in outdoor facilities
Planting approx. 350 m² and seeding approx. 1250 m²
