Description

HAROPA PORT owns a plot of land with a total surface area of around 2 ha, located in the Multivrac 3 sector of the Le Havre industrial port zone (ZIP).
The land has been divided into two lots for the purposes of this AAP:
- Lot A: 10,218 sq.m.
- Lot B: 10,202 m².
These two lots benefit from a privileged location, at the heart of a dense industrial-port ecosystem organized around collective governance.
In line with its development strategy, and given the exceptional characteristics of these two lots in terms of access conditions and potential synergies with existing players, HAROPA PORT plans to set up one or more activities closely linked to the port ecosystem. The focus will be on local road freight transport, and in particular the parking of trailers and heavy goods vehicles.
Candidates interested in this opportunity and wishing to develop a project on one or both lots are invited to submit a file covering either :
- one lot ;
- each of the two lots ;
- both lots;
under the conditions described in the present consultation file.
