Description

The Government of Republic of Turkey / Turkish Electricity Transmission Corporation (TEIAS) has received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (The World Bank).

It invites international bidders for:

Supply, installation and commissioning of new 173 Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) at the substations and connection of them to the related Regional Control Centres(RCCs);

Replacement of the 27 existing F4F RTUs with new RTUs to be supplied, installed and commissioned at the substations and connection of them to the related Regional Control Centres (RCCs);

Supply, installation and commissioning of Data Acquisition Panels (DAPs) at the 89 substations and other associated equipment (energy analysers, tap-changer converters, etc.) needed at the substations and performance of all necessary adaptation works at 200 substations;

Supply, installation and commissioning of all necessary communication equipment (modem, converter, router, switch etc.) at RTU and Regional Control Centre/Master RTU sides for connection of the Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) to be delivered within the scope of the project to the related Regional Control Centres/Master RTUs;

Spare parts and training.

Bids must be delivered at or before 14:00 (Turkey local time) on 20 July 2016.
