Tunnel Revitalization

The Government of Canada requires the services of a general contractor to complete an OH&S upgrade on a service tunnel located in Regina Saskatchewan. The upgrade will include complete removal and replacement of approximately 400 metres of tunnel, upgrades to services, addition of exit buildings, and HVAC buildings within sections of the existing tunnel that will remain in place. The scope includes new underground water mains installed where the old tunnel is removed, landscaping, new steam/condensate, data infrastructure, pneumatics, and various other services to be installed in the new tunnel system.

NOTICE OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

There will be a site visit on December 18, 2019 at 9:30am. Interested bidders are to meet at:

All attendees must sign the Site Visit Attendance Register prior to the walkthrough. Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the site. No exceptions will be made.
