Description

The Municipality of Rancagua, hereinafter also the "Municipality" or the "Municipality", in accordance with the powers conferred by Law No. 18,695 Constitutional Organic Law of Municipalities, and those contained in Law No. 19,886 of Bases on Administrative Contracts for Supplies and Provision of Services and its Regulations, approved by D.S. No. 250, 2004. No. 250, of 2004, develops the present administrative procedure of a competitive nature, summoning interested parties to a Public Bidding for the Bidding called "PROJECT FOR A TRUST WORKS IN PRIORITY NEIGHBORHOODS COSTA DEL SOL", which will be developed according to the present Administrative Bases, Technical Specifications and other antecedents, response to the consultations and/or clarifications, if any, together with the other antecedents that comprise it, which are understood to be an integral part of the Contract to be signed between the Municipality and the awarded Contractor.
