Description
The main purpose of the contract is to entrust the municipal treasury service pursuant to Article 209 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 267 of 18/08/2000, as amended, meaning by treasury service the set of operations concerning the financial management of the entity with regard, in particular, to the collection of revenues, the payment of expenses, the custody of securities and valuables and the related obligations provided for by the legislative, statutory, regulatory and conventional provisions.The contract and the obligations of the parties are analytically described in the outline of the agreement approved by resolution of the City Council No. 53 of 07/27/2018 and attached sub 1 to these specifications.
