Description

The subject of the contract is the reservation, sale and successive delivery of air tickets for foreign passenger transport (flights), together with obligatory travel insurance and their luggage for the participants of the "Leaders in university management" and "Masters of didactics" projects of the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development.2 The Contracting Authority requires, pursuant to Article 29 (3a) of the PPL Act, that the subject of the contract be performed with the assistance of persons employed under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974. - Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, as amended), with the reservation that the employment of each employee should last at least for the period of realization of the subject of the contract.The tasks of persons employed under the employment contract under this procedure shall include: a) booking, booking control, purchase and delivery of air tickets; b) making appropriate changes to the issued ticket, including cancellation of the ticket; c) contacting the Awarding Entity, keeping the Awarding Entity informed of all changes concerning the booked trip, the impossibility of booking or selling tickets; d) searching for the best connections and sending them via e-mail to the Awarding Entity; e) preparing reports on the performance of the contract.During the performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority has the right to control that the Contractor meets the above requirement, in accordance with the provisions of the Material Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the ToR. The Contracting Authority recommends that the Contractor obliges subcontractors (e.g. by applying relevant provisions in contracts) to employ the above persons on the basis of an employment contract, to document and submit documents enabling the subcontractor to carry out inspections. The Contractor shall be responsible for the performance of this obligation also in relation to subcontractors.3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been specified in Appendix 1 to the ToR. Other terms and conditions of order fulfilment are specified in the Material Terms and Conditions of the Agreement, which constitute Appendix No. 2 to the ToR.
