Description

The purchase and timely delivery to the registered office of an entity authorised by the Ordering Party of international air tickets and international rail tickets is to be performed in accordance with the following principles and cover the following issues: 1) Performance of the service in accordance with the order, in the most advantageous variant in terms of price and time for the Ordering Party; 2) Presentation to the Ordering Party of the connection variants taking into account all preferences, i.e. price, travel time and minimum number of changes in a way that is convenient for the customer (fax, telephone, e-mail);3) Consideration of any changes to the date, itinerary, names of travellers, standard of service. The standard means economy and business class;4)If there are no places in economy class and the booking was made in the more expensive class, the Contractor should check if the place in the cheaper class has become vacant and if it is possible, change the booking by the Contractor after prior agreement with the Principal or a person authorized by the Principal;5)Purchase of the ticket shall take place after the Ordering Party places the order in writing, by fax or electronically (order for an air ticket, order for a railway ticket) signed by the authorized employees of the Ordering Party in accordance with tariff regulations;6)Delivery of the ordered tickets together with a VAT invoice, each time within the time limit agreed by the parties, but not later than 24 hours before the start of the journey which the ticket concerns to the seat of the entity authorized by the Ordering Party within the administrative limits of m. Warsaw (according to the place indicated in Attachment No. 1 to the Agreement). The Ordering Party has the right to resign from the service to deliver the ticket;7) In the event of a refund of the ticket due to cancellation of the departure by the Ordering Party, the Contractor shall reimburse the Ordering Party, on the basis of a corrective invoice, that part of the amount paid which shall remain after deducting the costs calculated in accordance with the rules set forth in the regulations of the carrier performing the given order;8)The Contractor undertakes to prepare and submit monthly summary lists of sold tickets at the seat of the Ordering Party on the basis of the Ordering Party's orders, including the name and surname of the passenger, route of travel, date of departure/return, unit price of the ticket to be paid;9)The Ordering Party prefers to issue tickets in paper form (without additional fees). If a carrier does not issue tickets in this form, it is permitted to issue an electronic ticket;10) During the term of the agreement, the Contractor shall be obliged to: a) book and purchase air tickets with commercial honesty (in classes required by the Ordering Party, including economy and business on European and other world routes), according to the applicable fares determined by the carrier, provided that the flights must be operated by carriers holding a valid certificate of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) or holding a valid IATA accreditation. At the same time, the Ordering Party does not allow for the possibility of carrying out flights by carriers of the so-called "low-cost airlines". Moreover, the Ordering Party shall not allow the use of air connections with overnight accommodation on the route; b) reservation and purchase of railway tickets (in the class and type of train chosen by the Ordering Party), according to the applicable tariffs specified by the carrier; c) agency between the Ordering Party and the carrier in matters of complaints; d) offering tickets for adults together with all charges required by national and international law, i.e. e.g. airport, fuel, reservation, taxes, etc. in the price of the ticket.
