Description

The subject of the order is the agency sale of rail tickets in sales services available on the website and mobile application on the basis of Unified Terms of Business (UWH) .
PKP Intercity, as a carrier operating long-distance passenger transportation by rail, is introducing a new model of cooperation in the field of agency ticket sales. The cooperation is addressed to all partners who have a mobile application or web service for ticket sales. Those interested in cooperation should meet the criteria contained in the application form (form available at: http://www.intercity.pl/uwh). Positive verification will be followed by the signing of a contract, and in order to start cooperation it is necessary to integrate the agent's sales system with that of PKP Intercity. The carrier provides a dedicated online interface for this purpose. The integration stage is completed with acceptance tests.In the first stage of cooperation, single tickets for direct trains launched by PKP Intercity in Poland will be made available in the Agent's sales system. There is a possibility of extending sales to other domestic offers (after confirmation by the parties).As part of the commission fee for the sale of PKP Intercity tickets, the Agent is to provide the functions of returning and exchanging tickets, issuing invoices and handling complaints.
