Poland - Travel ticket and tour package sales services

Description

The subject of the order is the agency sale of railroad tickets at stationary points in Poland using a website or mobile application on the basis of Unified Commercial Terms and Conditions (UWH) .
PKP Intercity, as a carrier operating long-distance passenger transportation by rail, is introducing a new model of cooperation in the field of agency ticket sales. The cooperation is addressed to all partners who have a mobile application or a web service to sell at least b2c services at a minimum of 50 stationary points.... Those interested in cooperation should meet the criteria included in the application form for stationary points (form available at: http://www.intercity.pl/uwh). After positive verification, a contract will be signed, and in order to start cooperation it is necessary to integrate the agent's sales system with the PKP Intercity sales system. The carrier provides a dedicated online interface for this purpose. The integration stage is completed with acceptance tests.In the first stage of cooperation, single tickets for direct trains launched by PKP Intercity in Poland will be made available in the Agent's sales system. There is a possibility of extending sales to other domestic offers (after confirmation by the parties).As part of the commission fee for the sale of PKP Intercity tickets, the Agent is to provide the functions of returning and exchanging tickets, issuing invoices and handling complaints.
