Description

(1) The subject of the contract is the provision of logistical services during scientific weekend workshops (hereinafter referred to as workshops). The service will take into account the provision of: transport, accommodation (accommodation), food, care, staff supervising the proper course of the subject of the order, logistic organization of the scientific program, accident insurance.2 Part 1 - concerns the provision of logistic service during scientific weekend workshops in Krakow for up to 198 students3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (SOPZ) and terms of performance of the contract is contained in the specimen agreement constituting Annex 4a - part 1.4. If the descriptions include: names of trademarks, patents or origin, this should be treated only as an aid to the description of the subject matter of the contract. In each case, products equivalent in terms of use, materials, functionality, etc.5. The Contracting Authority, in accordance with the disposition of art. 29 section 3a of the Act, does not require that the person(s) participating in the execution of the contract be(were) employed by a contractor or subcontractor under an employment contract within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974. - The Labour Code. If the descriptions include: names of trademarks, patents or origin, this should be treated only as an aid to the description of the subject matter of the contract. In each case, products equivalent in terms of use, materials, functionality, etc.5. The Contracting Authority, in accordance with the disposition of art. 29 section 3a of the Act, does not require that the person(s) participating in the execution of the contract be(were) employed by a contractor or subcontractor under an employment contract within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974. - The Labour Code.
