Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of logistic services during scientific summer workshops for post-gymnasium school students from the Małopolska Province under the project "Małopolska Chmura Edukacyjna - a new teaching model", which consists of: providing accommodation, food, transport, care, staff coordinating the course of the contract, insurance, ensuring the implementation of the scientific programme, purchase and delivery of office materials (teaching materials), printing certificates confirming participation in the workshops as well as the purchase and delivery of teaching aids for workshop participants in the form of 46 tablets.2Summer workshops will be organized for a maximum of 795 students from 56 post-gymnasium schools from the Małopolska Region, who will participate in classes at 7 universities. Classes will be divided into 15 thematic areas assigned to individual universities3. The planned completion date of summer workshops is: 23.6.2019 - 28.6.2019 - 15 thematic areas, up to 795 students in total.4. The order should be executed for 15 thematic areas:a) computer science (AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, Higher School of Tourism and Ecology in Sucha Beskidzka),b) biology (Jagiellonian University),c) mathematics (Jagiellonian University),d) geography (Jagiellonian University),e) development of teamwork skills in the context of working environment (Jagiellonian University),f) English language (Pedagogical University in Kraków, State Higher Vocational School in Tarnów),g) German language (Pedagogical University in Kraków),h) French language (Pedagogical University in Kraków),i) chemistry (Cracow University of Technology, State Higher Vocational School in Tarnów),j) entrepreneurship (Cracow University of Economics),k) mathematics with accounting elements (Cracow University of Economics).A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (ToR) is attached as Appendix No. 3 to the ToR and the terms of contract execution are contained in the model contract attached as Appendix No. 4 to the ToR6.The subject of the contract is co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund - under Measure 10.1 Development of general education, Submeasure 10.1.4 Małopolska educational cloud of the Małopolska Regional Operational Programme of the Małopolska Voivodeship for 2014-2020.7. If the descriptions include: names of trademarks, patents or origin, it should be treated only as an aid in the description of the subject of the contract. In any case, equivalent products in terms of function, purpose are acceptable.
