Description
UiO would like to enter into a framework agreement for travel agency services.
The aim is to enter into a framework agreement for travel agency services that will give lower total costs, reduced transaction costs, increased use of digital systems, and better safety for UiO's users. The service must provide the best suitable and most appropriate travel alternatives for domestic and international journeys. The service must also offer a high degree of accessibility and service to each employee.Tenderers must provide all types of travel agency services, including an electronic ordering portal (web and app), booking flights, trains, boats, hire cars, buses, hotels, payment systems, visa services, group journeys, and manual services based on the contracting authority's need for travel agency services.
