Germany - Transportation of patients and clients to and from the LVR day clinic Mönchengladbach-Rheydt

Description

The object of the tender is to provide professional transportation for the LVR-Klinik Viersen for mentally ill patients and clients of children and adolescents on working days from their places of residence to/from the LVR day clinic in Mönchengladbach-Rheydt. Transportation must be provided by a transport company.

During the contract period, the Contractor undertakes under a contract for work and services (including during vacations) to transport all patients and clients designated by the LVR Clinic as "transportation participants" on all opening days and at the times specified by the Client by car (min. (min. compact class) or VAN (6-seater), if the travel times are adhered to, also with minibuses (8-seater), in accordance with the following regulations, from their places of residence to and from the LVR day clinics, if necessary with journeys to and from school. The tours are to be arranged or carried out in such a way that they take into account both the concerns of the persons to be transported and the requirement of the cost bearer for the most economical solution.
