Parts supplied under this procedure must be in accordance with the current technical documentation of the manufacturer of the F-16C/D Block 52+ aircraft.3. The requirements of the Employer and the manner of implementation of the contract is contained in the draft contract - Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ.4.The Orderer allows offering equivalent products. By equivalent product the Orderer understands parts with the same or better parameters and quality standards in relation to the parts indicated (desired) by the Orderer and at the same time approved for use by the aircraft manufacturer on the type of aircraft specified in item 1. 1. The burden of proving equivalence rests with the Contractor.5. The Purchaser shall allow the supply of parts only new, free from physical and legal defects. 6.For parts with Shelf Life Code, at the date of delivery, the shelf life shall not be less than 75% of the full shelf life indicated by the manufacturer.7.For parts without Shelf Life Code, the date of manufacture shall not be earlier than 01.01.2007. The Purchaser provides for the possibility of delivery of goods manufactured before 01.01.2007, this will be possible only in the case of a written request from the Contractor and with the prior written consent of the Purchaser.
