Project title: Transportation and recycling of green waste in the Quebec City agglomeration - 2021 to 2023
Submission of bids : No later than December 21, 2020 at 10:30 a.m., the closing date and time for bidding.
Place of receipt: Main entrance of the Supply Department, 50, rue Marie-de-l'Incarnation, Québec, Québec G1N 3E7. Our office hours are 8:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
The opening of public tenders is posted daily on the City's website at www.ville.quebec.qc.ca/soumissions . However, it is permitted to attend the opening of the public tenders while respecting the instructions regarding the wearing of masks and social distancing.

BIDDERS NOTICE
The City of Quebec requires a submission for the project mentioned in the title. Tender documents are available through SEAO (http://www.seao.ca) or at 1 866 669-7326. Obtaining the documents is subject to the fees charged by this organization.
The Supply Operations Service will proceed with the opening of bids on the date and time mentioned above.
Financial guarantees and other requirements may be indicated in the tender documents.
Unless otherwise specified, this solicitation is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CEFTA) and where applicable, the Quebec-Ontario Trade and Cooperation Agreement (QOTCA), the Agreement on Liberalization of Government Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB) and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (CETA).
