The contractor is responsible for the transport of residual waste from the Miltenberg district from the waste reloading station Erlenbach am Main (MUS), Südstraße 2, 63906 Erlenbach a.Main, to the waste-to-energy plant of the company Gemeinschaftskraftwerk Schweinfurt GmbH (GKS), Hafenstraße 30, 97424 Schweinfurt, for thermal treatment.in addition, approx. 150 t/year of screenings and impurities must be transported from a composting plant at the district waste dump in Eichenbühl-Guggenberg to the Gemeinschaftskraftwerk Schweinfurt.The Client reserves the right, for example in the event of malfunctions at the Schweinfurt waste-to-energy plant, to divert the residual waste to the waste-to-energy plant of the special-purpose association for waste management in the Würzburg area, Rottendorfer Straße, 97072 Würzburg, or to the Guggenberg district waste dump (KMD), Rütschdorfer Straße, 63928 Eichenbühl, of the Miltenberg district.
The contract covers the household waste, business waste, bulky waste and combustible portion of the commercial waste with an annual quantity of 22,000 to 25,500 tons, plus approx. 150 tons of screenings from the Guggenberg composting plant, which are produced in the Miltenberg district and handed over to the client for disposal.
