Buyers do not guarantee that the contract amount will reach that level. An annual use is about 45 thousand pieces in different shapes and sizes can be expected.If a product, service or work is purchased in accordance with a framework agreement, the obligation to tender shall be deemed to have been fulfilled, even if the procurement is above the reference amounts, ie. according to Paragraph 1 Article 23 Act no. 120/2016 on public procurement. It is not clear what quantity will be purchased on the basis of this tender, as framework agreements are made for specific product or service categories for a specific period of time, without quantity figures being known.
