Description

Utrecht University of Applied Sciences invites interested market parties to take part in the tender procedure for the provision of translation services on the basis of a European public procedure, as set out in the 2012 Procurement Act. The purpose of this tender procedure is to select and contract one (1) supplier for the provision of translation services. The contract will be awarded to the Tenderer submitting the Offer offering the best value for money.
The purpose of this tendering procedure is to conclude a Framework Agreement with a single Contractor for the provision of translation services to HU University of Applied Sciences. The contract will be awarded to the Tenderer submitting the Tender with the best price-quality ratio. Through this tender, Utrecht University wishes to achieve the following objectives: - ensuring good quality of translations and the associated services; - uniformity and consistency in the quality of all translations (jargon/terminology); - building up a translation memory for Utrecht University. The Framework Agreement to be concluded will be for a contract period of two years from 25 October 2021 (subject to change), with an option for Utrecht University to extend twice by a maximum of twelve months. The maximum term of the Framework Agreement will therefore be four years. The maximum contract value on the basis of four years is: EUR 240 000 exclusive of VAT and EUR 290 400 inclusive of VAT.
