Description

Outdoor HV substation, fully enclosed and including:- transformers T1 (3 MVA - 6 kV/60 kV) and T2 (3 MVA - 6.6 kV/66 kV) as well as the electrical equipment required to evacuate production from Baralet Group 1 (4.5 MVA - 6 kV) and Borce Group 1 (2 MVA - 5.65 kV),- the T3 transformer as well as the electrical equipment necessary to evacuate Baralet Group 2 production. the purpose of this operation is to replace the two transformers T1 and T2 by a single transformer. Currently the total power of the two transformers (2 x 3 MVA) does not allow the total energy of the Baralet G1 (4.5 MVA) and the Borce plant (2 MVA) to be evacuated. 7MVACth this contract includes the removal, supply, work and commissioning required for these replacements.The main works concerned by this lot are the following: - equipment dimensioning studies: transformers, pits or retention tanks, upstream HV connections - studies of technical interfaces between lots ( "Transformer" lot and "HV substation" lot), - preparatory studies: organization and safety of the site, planning of the work, deliveries, etc., - testing and factory acceptance of the new transformer, - installation and protection of the site in accordance with the legislation in force, - site signalling and traffic management for the public part, - studies and disconnection of existing transformers,- adaptation of the existing civil engineering and assembly of the new transformer and its retention tank,- replacement of cells of the HTA panel,- adaptation of the control-command cabinets for the 2 batches,- commissioning tests,- documents of works and executed and collection file (documents and plans in conformity with execution).The characteristics of the facilities and the work to be carried out will be described in detail in the specifications to be provided during the consultation and only to candidates pre-selected following this call for applications.
