Description

You will be required but not be limited to:
- assist with the structuring of an optimal transaction for the privatisation of the asset
- conduct financial, economic, environmental, legal and regulatory research
- conduct a technical assessment of the asset using facility optimisation studies to include reference to international best practices and standards
- conduct legal and contractual due diligence, and diagnostic of Agricultural Marketing Corporation (AMC), identifying the legal framework and regulatory requirements in Jamaica to the proposed project
- conduct and include an analysis of the AMC suitability for development as a Special Economic Zone (SEZ), including an analysis of the SEZ regime and its inclusion in the transaction structure
- provide an analysis of the legal framework of the project in the context of a Special Economic Zone
- analyse the options available for use of the facility including key considerations and implications for each option and the recommended option that achieves the government's objectives
- undertake the valuation of the asset, including but not limited to licenses and real estate and a business valuation
- undertake a stakeholder assessment
