Description

1.The subject matter of the contract is the supply of equipment for teaching obstetric skills. The subject matter of the contract covers 13 tasks (partial bids).2.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the Assortment Form/Description of the subject matter of the contract, Appendix no. 1a to the Bid Form.3.This proceeding is held under an open tender procedure, as described in art. 132 of the PPL Act with the contract value equal or exceeding the EU thresholds determined pursuant to art. 3 of the PPL Act.4.The Contractor shall be obliged to execute the award under the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract - Appendix no. 3 to the ToR.5.The Contracting Authority shall apply the so-called reverse procedure referred to in provisions of Art. 139 par. 1 of the PPL Act, i.e. the Contracting Authority shall first examine and evaluate tenders and then perform the qualification of the Economic Operator whose tender was awarded the highest mark with respect to absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the tender procedure.
The subject matter of the contract is the supply of equipment for teaching obstetric skills.2 A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the model Assortment Form/Description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Appendix no. 1a to the Bid Form.3 Requirements for the subject matter of the contract:3.1 The Purchaser requires the supply of equipment which is brand new, undamaged, not remanufactured, not previously subject to exhibitions and presentations, complete and ready for use after installation (i.e. without any additional purchases and investments), not encumbered with rights of any person or third party.33.2 The warranty and service conditions must be no worse than the warranty and service conditions of the manufacturer of the offered equipment.3.3 Any indication by the Ordering Party of the manufacturer's name is intended to define the functionality class and intended use of the equipment being the subject of the contract and serves to set the standard, but does not indicate a specific product or a specific manufacturer.
