UBR|P focuses within this assignment on two parcels, namely:1. instruments for service provision aimed at predicting conscious and less conscious behavior, in the context of development of individuals and teams, based on the psychological model of Jung;2. instruments for service provision aimed at providing insight into talent, the (further) development of talent, the intrapersonal characteristics, the learning strategies and the interrelationship of these four elements with respect to individuals and teams.
