1. the subject of the contract is: Provision of first aid training services as part of the project: "Lower Silesian leaders of Medicine - implementation of an integrated programme for improving the competences of students, doctoral students, teaching and administrative staff of the Piastów Śląski Medical University in Wrocław". (Grant agreement no. POWR.03.05. 00-00-Z085/17-00) for the Medical University of Wrocław. The subject of the contract has been divided into 5 (five) parts evaluated separately.3 The subject of the contract has been described in detail in Annex No. 2 (1-5) to Siwz. Detailed terms and conditions of contract execution are specified in the model contract (appendix no. 8 to the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development).
The subject matter of the contract is: Providing training services in the field of first aid within the project implementation: "Lower Silesian Medical Leaders - implementation of an integrated programme for improving the competences of students, doctoral students, teaching and administrative staff of the Piastów Śląski Medical University in Wrocław". (Grant agreement no. POWR.03.05. 00-00-Z085/17-00) for the Medical University of Wrocław. The project is co-financed by the European Union from the funds of the European Social Fund under the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development.2 Part 1 Provision of ILS first aid training services for medical, nursing, first and second degree midwifery and emergency medical care students.3 The subject of the contract is described in detail in Appendix No. 2 to Siwz Part 1. Detailed conditions and rules for the implementation of the contract are specified in the specimen agreement (Appendix No. 8 to Siwz).4 The Contractor shall implement the subject of the contract from the date of signing the agreement until 31 March 2021. The Ordering Party reserves the right to extend the above deadline if it is not possible to conduct training courses included in the subject of the contract until 30 June 2021. Training courses included in the subject of the contract shall be held on dates consistent with the training schedule, which shall be agreed between the Contractor and the Contracting Authority after signing the contract.
