The performance of services regarding the (further) development, implementation and evaluation of training in the field of conflict management and mediation at various Defence locations in the Netherlands, and where appropriate within Europe, the Caribbean and the United States.The (further) development, implementation and evaluation of training in the field of conflict management and mediation regarding: a. training courses already developed in co-creation with the current supplier (see appendix a, of appendix 3),b. training courses yet to be developed (in co-creation with the current supplier),c. training courses for the Defence sector (in co-creation with the current supplier),d. training courses for the Defence sector (in co-creation with the current supplier),e. training courses for the Defence sector (in co-creation with the current supplier),f. training for the Defence sector (in co-creation with the current supplier). training courses yet to be developed (in co-creation with the Contractor to be selected),c. in-company (group) training courses or as part of specific Defense training programs, d. various target groups within the Defense organization consisting of military and civilians, from all ranks and scales, e. physical training courses at various (defense) locations in the Netherlands, and where appropriate within Europe, the Caribbean and the United States,f. organic teams and composite groups (mediators and managers).
