Execution of SAP trainings on the subject of maintenance management with logistics and controlling.
Execution of SAP training courses on the topic of maintenance management with logistics and controlling in the contract period 1.10.2020 to 30.12.2021. Training courses are to be held on the following topics:- SAP Classic Master Data Management incl. tips and answers;- SAP Classic Notification and Order Management incl. tips and answers;- SAP Classic Procurement Management of external services and material incl. tips and answers;- SAP MM - Release Strategy of Purchase Requisition Items incl. tips and answers;- SAP Classic Direct Orders incl. tips and answers;- SAP PM - Maintenance Planning incl. tips and answers;- SAP Reporting incl. tips and answers;- SAP Reporting incl. tips and answers;- SAP MM - Release Strategy of Purchase Requisition Items incl. tips and answers;- SAP Classic Direct Orders incl. tips and answers;- SAP PM - Maintenance Planning incl. tips and answers;- SAP Reporting incl. tips and answers;- SAP Reporting incl. tips and answers Tips and Answers;- Implementation:-- a workshop (2 days) with the internal BWB clients for fine-tuning the implementation (and presentation of BWB-internal documents) within 3 weeks after the start of the contract;-- 2 to 3 full-day working meetings with the clients for fine-tuning the implementation within 7 weeks after implementation of the above-mentioned measures;-- a workshop (2 days) with the BWB internal clients for fine-tuning the implementation (and presentation of BWB-internal documents) within 3 weeks after the start of the contract;-- a workshop (2 days) with the BWB internal clients for fine-tuning the implementation (and presentation of BWB-internal documents) within 3 weeks after the start of the contracta workshop on the subject of the POET catalogue and joint preparation of a training document (duration of the training approx. 45 min.) with the client;- preparation of a documentation basis for SAP use based on the BWB processes by the contractor. This documentation basis then serves as the basis for the creation of BWB-specific training courses and training documents;- Execution of a complete PC training course as a pilot training course with all 7 training topics using the modular system as a test run with 12 key users and incorporation of the feedback into the later execution of the training courses and into the training documents in December 2020;- Execution of 20 roadshow dates of 1 day each (8 working hours incl. training documents);- Preparation of a training course with all 7 training topics using the modular system as a test run with 12 key users Creation of a "navigation document" for the participants: quick clicks and navigation aids from all seven modules on approx. 10 pages on DIN A 5, laminated and bound, approx. 500 pieces.
