Description

The purpose of this tender is to provide continuity to the current situation regarding the Trajectory Control Systems. The primary goal is the replacement of 23 Trajectory Control Systems on the main road network. The secondary goals are the replacement of the Trajectory Control Systems on the secondary road network and the installation of new Trajectory Control Systems at new locations. The latter may be on both road networks if the situation so requires, for example due to new developments in the nitrogen file or in light of intensified traffic enforcement.The intention is to enter into a Framework Agreement with the four (4) Tenderers who have submitted the Economically Most Advantageous Tender (EMVI) for the Contract. The Economically Most Advantageous Tender will be determined on the basis of best value for money.

The Most Economically Advantageous Tender will be determined on the basis of the best price-quality ratio.The maximum scope of the Framework Agreements collectively concerns delivery, implementation and maintenance of 75 section control systems.
