Description

Supply of an autonomous tractor with a power of at least 100 kW and rubber belt drive for the use of agricultural machinery and equipment.
1. autonomous tractor:1.1. drive- battery or diesel-electric drive, with approx. 100-130 kW power and at least 600 Nm torque- operating time without interruption of at least 8 hours when cultivating (2.5 m working width, 10 cm deep, average soil conditions) with one battery charge or one diesel tank filling- In case of diesel-electric drive: diesel engine of the company Deutz, John Deere, MAN or comparable, 4 cylinders, EU exhaust emission standard stage V1.2. running gear- Rubber belt running gear- Track width 1,800 mm- Directly driven, pivoting track carriage: 300 mm tracks- Maximum transport width for the autonomous tractor: 3.00 m1.3. three-point linkage- Cat. 3 rear linkage with at least 7.5 t lifting capacity, with cat. 3 quick coupler, 3 quick coupler balls, hydr. top link, control hydraulics- Cat. 2 front linkage with at least 3 t lifting capacity, with cat. 3 quick coupler, 3 quick coupler balls, hydr. top link1.4. Hydraulic- Hydraulic pump with at least 80l/min and at least 200 bar pressure, with control block and tank with at least 50 l hydraulic oil volume- at least 4 double acting proportional control valves with quick coupler connections- Power beyond: plate with connection preparation- pressureless return1.5. Electric drives- for rubber belt drive, speed range stepless from 0 to at least 13 km/h- additionally two auxiliary drives (one of them must be able to be used for the rear PTO)- electrically driven rear PTO; speed from 0 to 1200 rpm, at least 90 kW power, with change of rotation direction- electrically driven front PTO; speed from 0 to 1200 rpm; instead of a front PTO, front attachments can be electrically driven via the second auxiliary drive and a high voltage extension cable1.6. Lighting- Heartbeat communication LED lights for indicating vehicle operating condition- At least 4 working lights in the front and 4 in the rear for 360° illumination around the vehicle1.7. remote control- Remote control and receiver ECU: for manual vehicle control, routing activation and offset control- action radius about 1000 m1.8. tracking and navigation- GNSS receiver for guidance: with NTRIP RTK correction- RTK correction- 1st level RTK subscription: included minimum term 3 years- 2nd level RTK subscription: included minimum term 3 years1.9. communication- Communication tool for bidirectional data transmission and RTK correction- Multiroaming data connection flat rate: included minimum term 3 years- Rear ISOBUS connection for communication between autonomous tractor and attached machines and implements1.10. Vehicle operation- Autonomous operation and operation by remote control in the field of implements of up to 3 m working width- Reversing device for working in reverse- Free extension of autonomous operation of implements of more than 3 m working width and plow as soon as available- Autonomous operation and operation by remote control of the vehicle with attached implements in the Agri-PV system, whereby the cultivation must reach so far to a module row that the uncultivated strip towards a module row has a maximum width of 50 cm2. Transport facility- Implementation, transport and conveyance of the offered autonomous tractor (see item 1) from HTW Dresden to the test field and back, on public roads, unpaved roads and fields, suitable for operation with a standard agricultural tractor4.1. Transport vehicle with the following requirements:4.1.1 Technical requirements:- Low loader (brand new or used) without oversize, with operating license and suitable for driving on public roads with a speed of up to 40 km/h, empty and loading mass within the scope of the StVO and StVZO- No post-welding work on the frame or supporting parts- No corrosion on frame or supporting parts, on non-supporting parts a few corrosion spots are permissible- Accident-free- Low loader width of maximum 2.55 m and compliance with the dimensions of the vehicle combination with tractor according to § 32 StVZO; Loading height of the low loader with your offered autonomous tractor (see position 1) of maximum 4.00 m- Lashing points for load securing for safe transport of your offered autonomous tractor (see position 1), according to DIN ISO27956- delivery of all necessary slings for securing the load of the offered tractor (position 1)- draw tube/draw bar suitable for trailer operation for a, on the tractor adjustable, coupling height from 70 cm to 100 cm, towing eye diameter 40 mm- for single-axle or double-axle low loader mechanically/hydraulically height adjustable support leg must be available; Support load 2.000 kg; load supports at the rear- Usable length of the platform area: at least approx. 6 m- Payload of at least 11 t- Permissible total weight up to a maximum of 24 t- Used equipment not older than 12 years after initial registration4.1.2 Superstructure:- 2 pieces of foldable and laterally adjustable ramps with a width of at least 50 cm for easy driving of the autonomous tractor onto the transport vehicle- Ramp lifter motor-hydraulic with hydraulic control via towing vehicle (tractor); ramp safety- 2 toolboxes of the largest possible dimensions, attached to the front wall or under the chassis, depending on the space available, lockable (also for carrying slings)- Side underride guard4.1.3 Axles / chassis:- 2-circuit pneumatic braking system- Parking brake- Tires can be used for at least 5 years after date of manufacture; maximum 50% wear- Wheel chocks with holder4.1.4 Lighting:- Lighting 12 V according to StVZO, connecting cable 12 V, 7-pin- Equipment of the low loader with rotating beacon and warning package according to StVZO (incl. Fold-out warning panels with position lights) for driving with a load width of your offered autonomous tractor (position 1) of 3.00 m- Rear fog light4.1.5 Service, papers:- At least 12 months warranty- In case of warranty the repair work has to be carried out in Dresden-Pillnitz or in a workshop named by the supplier within a radius of 30 km around the location Dresden-Pillnitz- Operating instructions, spare parts catalog and instruction in German language- General inspection not older than 2 months; general inspection certificate on delivery- Operating permit, declaration of conformity and CE marking- Delivery according to item 8 of the line description4.2 Alternative to 4.1.:Transport equipment (e.g. semitrailer axle and quick draw bar), which enables transport of the autonomous tractor with a regular agricultural tractor on public roads within the scope of the StVO and StVZO at a speed of up to 40 km/h.5.Service for the autonomous tractor- Legal warranty: 2 years or 1.000 operating hours- Included warranty extension for 2 additional years or 800 hours per year- Additional Included Services:- All manufacturer-related maintenance within the first 3 years at a maximum of 800 operating hours per year (An overview of the necessary maintenance is to be submitted with the offer); Maintenance work is to be carried out in Dresden-Pillnitz- All software updates for 5 years- GeoFence service: GeoFence recording and import service into the GeoFence/road database for 2 days6. Training- Two-day on-site practical training for up to 5 persons at the HTW Dresden in Dresden for equipment operation, operation planning, route and process flow programming, etc.- Handover of all operating manuals (in digital version) upon delivery7. Optional item- Adapter with towing jaw for trailer operation for attachment to rear linkage of the autonomous tractor8. Delivery and invoicing- Free delivery and commissioning from 02.01.2023 until 31.03.2023 at the latest- Delivery address: Technical Center of the HTW Dresden, Dampfschiffstr. 5, 01326 Dresden- Invoicing takes place immediately after total delivery
