The purpose of these Technical Guidelines is to describe the conditions, technical demands, requirements and specific characteristics to be included in the technical proposal to be submitted in this bidding.

The Primary Care Directorate requires "TOYS AND DIDACTICS" in the context of the MORE SELF-VALENT ELDERLY ADULTS program. These goods are supports for professionals, who use them in cognitive stimulation workshops for the elderly, the material helps to work in a didactic way, exercise and challenge the cognitive abilities of the brain in a fun and stimulating way, which in turn helps to keep their minds active and alert, being an important tool for professionals in the cognitive stimulation of the elderly.

On the other hand, didactic material is also required as a support in mental health care assessment, since it helps in the study and understanding of the emotional, cognitive, social and behavioral development of the NNA, it facilitates access to information in a visual and practical way.
Didactic materials, such as games, educational toys, illustrated books and board games, allow presenting complex concepts and topics in a playful and attractive way.
