Australia - Towards Ending Homelessness for Young Queenslanders - Mobile Support and/or Outreach Access

Description

The Department of Housing is seeking to procure suitable suppliers to provide Mobile Support and/or Outreach Access to Young Queenslanders.
This Invitation to Offer has been issued with the objective of procuring value for money, quality suppliers that can successfully deliver:

Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS) – 13 Mobile Support services for young people across the following 15 regional locations:

Fraser Coast
Mount Isa
Bundaberg
Gympie
Cassowary Coast
Western Downs
Southern Downs
Moreton Bay
Noosa/Sunshine Coast (one service to cover both areas)
Lockyer Valley/Laidley (one service to cover both areas)
Isaac
Mareeba
Tablelands

Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS) – Outreach access services for young people in Moreton Bay
Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS) – Outreach access and/or Mobile Support services for First Nations young people in Cairns and Yarrabah.

The successful Supplier will have the requisite skills, systems and infrastructure in place to undertake this work to the requirements outlined in this Invitation to Offer.
It is a mandatory requirement that:

Ethical Supplier Threshold form and meet the Ethical Supplier Threshold.
Queensland Supplier Code of Conduct declaration form.
Expenditure Plan over the two-years (Attachment 1) within the allocated budget.
