Description

To further expand and improve tourism, the Government of Jamaica (GOJ) has introduced the concept of an Approved Integrated Resort Development (AIRD).

The AIRD consists of various tourism products which must include casino gaming facilities.

You are invited to respond to the GOJ's request for applications (RFA). After approval, the developer may apply for a Casino Gaming Licence under Section 9 of the Casino Gaming Act.

The RFA's objective is to provide interested parties with information useful for the completion and submission of their applications.

You are expected to seek independent legal advice on the relevant laws and regulations before responding to the RFA.
