Chile - Totem design, supply, installation and maintenance

Description

The purpose of this bid is to hire a natural or legal person for the design, provision, installation, configuration and maintenance of 30 intelligent totems for the commune of Vitacura, which include features such as; security camera, public address system, information screen, reinforcement lighting, connections to cell phone charger and loudspeaker, in different points of the commune of Vitacura, and must also manage the respective permits necessary for the provision of the service, in addition to processing and payment of authorization, being the responsibility of the Municipality the monthly payment for electricity consumption, all in accordance with the provisions of these BT, BAE and other documents that make up this bidding process.

The object defined shall be executed in accordance with the provisions of the BAE, BT, BAG, Modifications and Clarifications, if applicable, Answers to Consultations and the Contract, as well as other requirements set forth in the Bidding documents that comprise the bidding process, to be used for the benefit of the neighbors of the commune and administered by the Public Safety Department of the Municipality of Vitacura in the development of preventive and reactive patrolling services, inspections, and other tasks provided by the Public Safety Department of the Municipality.
