France - Total refurbishment of the wood and zinc gutters at the CONDORCET school in Wattrelos

Description

The City of Wattrelos is planning a complete overhaul of the wood and zinc gutters at the Groupe Scolaire CONDORCET de Ville de Wattrelos.

The project covers all the work required to complete the project, broken down by zone and into 2 lots:

Lot 1: Waterproofing and roofing works
* Firm section: TC1 zone (yellow) ;
* Optional section 1: TC2 zone (blue);
* Optional section 2: zone TC3 (red);
* Optional section 3: zone TC4 (violet);
* Optional section 4: zone TC5 (green).

Batch 2: Wood carpentry work
* Firm: zone TC1 (yellow);
* Optional section 1: zone TC2 (blue);
* Optional section 2: zone TC3 (red);
* Optional section 3: zone TC4 (violet);
* Optional section 4: zone TC5 (green).

This is a 4th category R-N building in terms of fire safety.

The firm phases will be completed in summer 2024.
The optional stages will be carried out in subsequent years.

Companies will be asked to estimate quantities based on the plans and measurements taken during the mandatory site visit. This quantity will be used to define the fixed remuneration and will become contractual. For this reason, the price lists do not show quantities.
