France - Total refurbishment of OMEP's roofs and reinforcement of structural timbers

Description

The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a contract for the total refurbishment of the roofing and reinforcement of the laminated timber frame at the OMEP in Wattrelos.

OMEP is a building:
- Type R, L, W, X, N fire safety category 2
- Capacity: 1160 people
- According to articles CO 12 and CO 13, the structure must be fire-stable for ½ h, and the floors must be fireproof for 1/2 h.

These works are referenced and located in zones by numbering from 1 to 7 (see plans) Zone 7 corresponds to the staff accommodation.
The contract comprises 2 lots:

- Lot n°1: Roofing and waterproofing
Tranche firm: covers zones 4 and 6 of the roof and inaccessible terrace, scheduled for summer 2024;
Tranches optional (1 to 4): covers the other 4 zones, for which work is scheduled for the following summers.

- Batch no. 2: Woodwork and carpentry
Tranche firm: location of wood structure for flat roofs scheduled for summer 2024;
Tranches optional (1 to 5): location of timber structure for sloping roofs, with work scheduled for the following summers.

The compulsory visit will enable the scope of the work to be assessed.
