United States - Topside Diesel Generator for PT Loma Naval Base, San Diego, CA

Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking a rental/lease of One (1) Diesel Generator with maintenance in accordance with the Statement of Work.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in
accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 and FAR part 13, as supplemented with additional information
included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a
written solicitation will not be issued Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. 
 Please review all attachments including the OPSEC document and complete and return the Attachment 1- N3904024Q2774 RFQ. In order to determine technical acceptability, each offeror must provide in their proposal, generator model and technical specifications. Please see the Combined Synopsis document for full submission instructions, evaluation criteria and applicable clauses and provisions. Responders to this solicitation must be able to meet the following criteria:
1. Entity is capable of meeting ALL specifications outlined in the attached Statement of Work.
2. Entity has an active CAGE code, and current registration in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov).
3. Entity does NOT appear on the Excluded Parties List.

The Place of Performance: Portsmouth Naval Shipyard DET Point Loma in San Diego, CA.
The Period of Performance is 25 JUN 2024 through 03 FEB 2025 with one (1) Option period 04 FEB 2025 through 03 MAR 2025. 

This solicitation will close on 30 APR 2024 at 9:00 AM ET local time. Submitted proposals DO NOT constitute a contract award. Any information submitted by respondents to this solicitation is strictly voluntary.
