Description

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of inks, toners and other consumables for IT equipment for the National Agricultural Support Centre of the Lublin Branch (hereinafter referred to as "KOWR OT in Lublin") and 5 subordinate sections located in the Lubelskie Voivodeship.2 A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Price Form attached as Appendix 2 to the ToRT.3Requirements concerning the subject of the contract:1) The Contracting Authority shall require that the supplied consumables comply with the applicable standards of the first grade, are brand new, without signs of use and damage, are of full value, not regenerated, not manufactured, free from technical defects, manufactured not earlier than in the second half of 2018,2) Consumables should be packaged in the factory packaging containing all protections used by the manufacturer (holograms, spillage protection strips, etc.), allowing for their identification (quantity, type, catalogue number, technical parameters, etc.).4) expiry date/guarantee for the whole subject of the order must comply with the manufacturer's conditions and amount to not less than 12 months from the date of delivery, and in addition, the materials delivered must be manufactured not earlier than in the second half of 2018.5) The Contractor shall deliver orders of consumables in batches, in accordance with the deadline declared in the tender (not longer than 5 working days from the date of placing the order electronically or in writing).
