Description

1.1 The subject matter of the contract is the design, execution, implementation, operation and maintenance of the system for collecting tolls for light vehicles using the electronic method with the use of automatic identification of vehicle registration numbers (videotolling) on toll sections of the A2 Konin-Stryków and A4 Bielany Wrocławskie - Sośnica motorways.1.2..3. Scope of the basic contract:(a) designing a videotolling system as an additional method of payment of the toll in parallel with the manual toll collection system and the electronic toll collection system currently in operation; (b) integrating videotolling into existing toll collection systems; (c) providing and installing hardware, equipment and software to enable videotolling to function properly; (d) providing a client application, including ensuring the connection and integration with videotolling of existing mobile toll applications provided by third parties;e) operation of the videotolling system;f) maintenance of equipment, devices and software, including provision of power supply (including emergency power supply) and data transmission enabling proper functioning of the videotolling system, excluding elements maintained by Economic Operators providing services of operation and maintenance of a manual toll collection system;g) development of the videotolling system;h) preparation of comprehensive project documentation;i) detailed reporting on the functioning of the videotolling system and the fees charged and collected in accordance with the contract;j) effective transfer of the videotolling system to the Awarding Entity or to a subsequent Economic Operator.1.4 Scope of the contract covered by the option right: a) option 1 right - integration of the videotolling system with a new national toll collection system, b) option 2 right - construction of a client application.
