Framework agreement for the supply of hygiene articles and kitchen papers-. Portioning and delivery to currently approx. 230 bundling points- Distribution of products via the client's electronic purchasing platform- Provision of a material catalog in electronic formAnnual requirementLot 1:Part 1 a) 2.800 rolls of kitchen rolls, 2-ply, 65 sheets, tissuePart 1 b) 14,500 rolls of kitchen rolls, 3-ply, 50 sheets, tissueLot 2:Part 1 a) 230,000 rolls of toilet paper, 2-ply, 400 sheets, natural whitePart 1 b) 7,000 pieces of paper hygiene bags with hangersThe above-mentioned quantities of the individual lots are as follows. The above mentioned quantities of the individual lots incl. 15 % surcharge (calculated on 4 years) represent at the same time the maximum purchase quantity of this contract.In case of reaching the maximum purchase quantity (calculated on 4 years) this contract ends independent of the agreed contract period.The contractor has to inform the customer immediately if 75 % and if 100 % of the maximum purchase quantity without 15 % surcharge (calculated on 4 years) are reached.
