The provision of personal services by Mr. Sergio González López, in his capacity as pharmaceutical chemist, to develop analytical methods by chromatographic techniques for the determination of lactic acid, citric acid, acetic acid, sugars, volatiles and ethanol in cocoa samples, and thus comply with the objectives established in the project: Microbial bioproduct generator of sensory and chemical quality in the cocoa bean for the advancement of cocoa production in the country, and the development of the analytical methods by chromatographic techniques for the determination of lactic acid, citric acid, acetic acid, sugars, volatiles and ethanol in cocoa samples.
