This is a NOTICE OF CHANGE to the notification of the extended tender deadlines for both lots.

The client operates a primary care hospital consisting of seven clinics with an emergency doctor's office. For the procurement of equipment in the field of medical technology, the contracting authority requires medical technology consulting and support services on the one hand for the preparation and, if necessary, implementation of award procedures (lot 1) and on the other hand in connection with the retrieval of individual orders by way of a so-called mini-competition from the tenders carried out by a purchasing service provider (lot 2). When the contract is awarded, a framework agreement within the meaning of Section 15 UVgO is concluded between the client and the respective bidder for each lot.
The subject of the tender is consulting services in connection with the procurement of equipment in the field of medical technology.
