Description
The purpose of this contract is to provide third-party application maintenance services on behalf of the HATVP for the following scope:
- TMA (Third-Party Application Maintenance) of the AGORA Information System, comprising a front-office application (teleservice for notifiers) and a back-office application (for internal use by HATVP staff);
- TMA of the ADEL - SITADEL information system, comprising two front office applications (teleservice for reporting firms) and several back office applications (for internal use by HATVP staff). The services provided under this contract are on behalf of the HATVP's Information Systems Department.
