Description

The project involves thermal renovation of the Louvignies-Quesnoy multi-purpose hall, for the town of LOUVIGNIES-QUESNOY (59).
The hall will be insulated from the outside (straw or equivalent) on the walls and roof by an independent, self-supporting structure. Existing joinery will be replaced.
Two walls will be insulated on the inside. The technical attic space will be used to install an air handling unit. The existing false ceiling will be dismantled to install an acoustic false ceiling integrating lighting, ventilation and heating elements. A heat pump will be installed on the gable end of the community hall. Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the southern slope of the roof. Access to the hall remains unchanged.
