Description

The municipality of Kalkhorst is planning the construction of a new multifunctional building "Minimare", as the 2nd construction phase. The new building will house various functions. In addition to a gastronomic facility, particular attention will be paid to the establishment of an information center for tourists in the region, which can be used free of charge, the creation of exhibition and gallery spaces, as well as the creation of a spacious indoor playground for different age groups. Taken as a whole, the building assumes the function of a house of the guest.
DESCRIPTION OF THE CONSTRUCTION MEASURE for elevator installationsPassenger elevatorThe building will receive a passenger elevator with stops on the first floor, the upper floor and the attic.- Delivery of details for the construction of the lift shaft to the architect- Cleaning of the shaft pit, shaft scaffolding, all anchor rails and the shaft as well as the installation parts prior to the start of installation- Delivery and installation of a lockable access to the shaft pit- Installation girders, load lugs, Platforms, railings, accessible and lockable installation hatch in accordance with the fire regulations and requirements of the Elevator Directive 95/16/EC (if applicable)- Smoke extraction openings in the elevator shaft in a protected design against precipitation, dust and bird flight in accordance with the building regulations or the building implementation regulations. Provision of auxiliary personnel for unloading and transporting heavy parts, including the necessary aids- Removal of construction debris and packaging material- Provision of a suitable crane for unloading, transporting and installing the elevator parts (e.g. doors, machine, switchgear, cable, etc.).
