Description

The purpose of this public service delegation is to operate the Reims Opera House. The missions entrusted to it concern the technical, administrative and financial management of the premises, installations and equipment; the organization of lyrical, musical and choreographic seasons; the routine upkeep and maintenance of the building made available; the reception and collection of revenue from users. Contract concluded in accordance with the simplified procedure provided for in articles L.3126-1 et seq. and R.3126-1 et seq. of the French Public Procurement Code concerning concession contracts for social services or other specific services
the delegatee is responsible for the proper functioning of the service, which it operates at its own risk. By way of information, candidates are informed that major repairs and work to bring the facility into compliance with changing regulations and standards will be the responsibility of the City of Reims and that routine maintenance work will be the responsibility of the future delegatee. The City will pay a lump-sum operating subsidy to the delegatee, who will have to pay a fee for occupying the public domain. In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 1224-1 of the French Labour Code, applicants are informed that the delegatee may be required to assume the responsibilities of an employer with regard to the staff of the previous delegatee assigned to the operation of the public service in the event of the transfer of employment contracts
